Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders that meet our minimum order threshold. Please check the cart or checkout page for the current free shipping threshold.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for eligible orders within Pakistan. A small COD handling fee may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your order through our courier partner's website.

Delays

Paprix is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.
