At Paprix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

Items may be returned within 2 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

Item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
Original tags and packaging are intact
Item is not a final sale or clearance item

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom Orders
Damaged items due to customer misuse
Items without original packaging or tags

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit. Delivery charges will not be refunded

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you received a wrong or damaged item.
